SLIGHT VARIANCES due to the use of natural materials
Due to the natural tendencies of leather and fur, some minor variances may be noted in the shading of the leather or the color tone/blend of the fur. In our eyes, these variances only enhance our products and give each of them their own character - But in the chance that the overall appeal and style of the product appears altered by these variances, we will contact you for approval of the item before shipping
Shipping & Local pickup Information
US and International orders are shipped via USPS unless other arrangements are made at the time your order is placed. International buyers should be aware that they are responsible for any customs/duties/taxes from their respected countries that must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. In-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days (expedited shipments will be shipped out within 24 hours). We try to keep our most popular items in stock, but if your item is not in stock, we will contact you within 1 business day with a shipping timeframe and to answer any questions (if your item is not in stock, you also have the option to cancel the order at this time). When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information for your package.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards. Upon special request, checks and PayPal may also be available (email Info@BrystonWalters.com ask for more information regarding these options).
Product Availability
We hand make our products one by one. While we try to keep many of our most popular items in stock for immediate shipping, some products may have a longer shipping time because of their bespoke nature. Within 1 business day of placing your order, we will contact you to confirm the availability of your item and answer any questions you may have. Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns for a full refund of the original method of payment within 15 days of purchase. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction! If for any reason, you are not absolutely happy with your purchase, please email us immediately at Info@BrystonWalters.com so we can correct any issues or concerns you may have, or to begin the return process.
Bag Repair Policy
We guarantee our bags against material and workmanship defects for the life of the product with the original owner. Please write to us at Info@BrystonWalters.com with any questions regarding repairs. However, should your dog chew off a handle, or some other misfortune becomes of your bag, we can typically make repairs for only a small fee.
